Welcome to our Group Consultation Service offered through the Core program (see main services). We are pleased to provide affordable small-group consultations, catering to the needs of applicants and their parents. Whether you are located within or outside of Georgia, our consultations are conducted remotely via Zoom meetings for your convenience. As part of our service, clients will receive essential information in the form of secure PDF files (PDFe format), ensuring confidentiality and ease of access.

- Ideal for groups of families or friends seeking comprehensive guidance.
- Remote consultation via Zoom suitable for clients located outside of Georgia.
- In-depth explanation of the medical school application process.
- Detailed overview of the AAMC scoring guideline and critical evaluation criteria, including 10 categories for MD applicants and 12 categories for MD/PhD dual degree (MSTP) applicants.
- Professional advice and expert tips to optimize your performance in each category for the best possible score (Grade 1). This includes guidance on clinical experience, volunteering, GPA, MCAT, personal statements, and other relevant categories.
- Best for all years of students from freshmen to seniors.
- One-time consultation (seminar) with a duration of 3 hours.
- Consulting fee: $699 per client (including parents).
Please note that clients will receive secure electronic files of the following six resources
1. Core program seminar presentation (More than 35 slides including screener’s secret sources)
2. Personal statements from three successful applicants to Harvard University, Columbia University, and OSU (6 pages, personal data removed).
3. The Competitive Applicant: Gain a clear understanding of how medical schools define a competitive applicant for future MD programs (1 page).
4. Strategy for Attribute Distribution: Our mentor’s unique source (1 page). Guidance on writing personal statements, additional essays, and receiving strong letters of recommendation. These strategies are crucial for achieving high scores in the three Attribute categories.
5. Screener’s Grid Sheet: Access the scoring chart sheet utilized by screeners to evaluate each category (The most critical screener’s secret source, 1 page).
6. Screener Grid Guidelines: Detailed explanation of the scoring criteria employed by screeners (1 page).
Please be aware that the PDFe files provided are secured for viewing on up to three devices (PC, tablet, and smartphone). They are not printable and cannot be shared externally, ensuring the protection of your information.
Booking Group Consultation
- Group consultation is open in the morning (10 am) and afternoon (2 pm) on Thursday and Friday and in the morning (10 am) on Saturday.
- To initiate the group consultation, we only accept full payment during booking.
- Booking the group consultation must be made at least 3 days in advance
- Booking the group consultation can be scheduled 30 days in advance
- If you need to cancel your booking, we will refund the full booking price if it is canceled more than 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled booking time. We will refund 50% of the booking price if the event is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.
